Our internationally accredited coach-training programs provide aspiring coaches with

or external coach practitioners. We offer programs for those who want to acquire
coaching skills as part of their leadership style or become a professional coach. Our
courses are designed to help participants develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and
credentials to succeed in the coaching profession.

Leader as a Coach and Mentor:

This program is designed for rising and established leaders who want to use coaching
and mentoring to unlock the potential of their team members. Participants learn
strategic coaching and mentoring skills and the International Coach Federation Core
Coaching Competencies and Code of Ethics. This program equips leaders to bring out
the best in their team members, maximize their potential, and achieve better results for
their teams and the organization.

We design and deliver custom high-impact leadership development programs for
organizations that prioritize human capital development. Our co-creative program
equips internal coaches with the skills to tap into the knowledge and creativity that
exists within the organization. Coaches support individual employees or organizational

This programme is designed and developed for senior management who have a strategic role in their organisation and are responsible for creating and implementing the bigger picture.
